About Us

Flood Zone Restoration of Charlotte County was founded by Logan and Ashley York. Originally from Fort Myers, Logan and Ashley spent 12 years in Tallahassee attending college and operating Seminole Carpet Cleaning and Fire Water Restoration. They returned to the Southwest Florida area in 2015 to be closer to their families and expand their chain of damage restoration companies now known as Flood Zone Restoration.

Logan holds his Bachelor's degree in Economics from Florida State University. He is a certified Master Restorer and Florida Licensed Mold Remediator with a passion for helping people in a time of crisis. When he isn't working, Logan is an avid fisherman and enjoys being on the water or in the woods. Ashley holds her Master's degree from Florida State University in Business Administration and also works part-time as an adjunct lecturer for the University. She enjoys fishing, lobstering, and tending to her garden and orchid collection in her free time.

Flood Zone Restoration of Charlotte County provides all types of damage restoration services including mold and mildew remediation, fire and smoke damage restoration, water damage restoration, water extractions, sewage cleanup, structural drying, catastrophic storm response, and flood water cleanup. We serve all of Charlotte and Sarasota Counties including Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, Englewood, Placida, Cape Haze, Boca Grande, Manasota Key, Venice, North Port, Siesta Key, and Sarasota.
